Shipping

Expected Time (USA)

  • Standard Shipping - Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery.
  • Priority Mail - Please allow 2 - 4 business days for delivery.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders above $75 (after any discount has been applied).

Shipping Process

  • All orders come with free tracking via email.
  • All orders are packed on the current day and shipped out the next day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the USA (and all U.S territories), Canada, South Korea, and Norway.
  • No shipping on Sundays or Holidays.

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates and estimated arrival times can be seen during checkout. Customs Duties and Taxes will be charged in addition to the shipping fees and will need to be paid during delivery to your local authorities if applicable.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns -You will be able to return any unused products that are in the original protective packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There is no restocking fee but you will have to pay for return shipping charges at a flat rate of $5. The label will be provided by us for your convenience. Once your return is approved and the shipping label is provided, the return package must be post marked and sent within the next 14 days or the return will be cancelled.
    • Can I return clearance items?- No, Clearance/Final Sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds.
    • Is there a restocking fee?- No! We do not charge any restocking fee. Your returns must be in unworn / new condition in its original protective packaging to be eligible for a refund.  
    • What about International orders?- International customers (Outside U.S.) would need to pay $10 for the return shipping label. This will still be provided by us, saving you a boatload of charges.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are offered on products which arrive with a defect as part of our satisfaction guarantee. If you are wanting to change colors or sizes, no free exchange will be offered but you can always return your original order and then place a new order for the products you want. Please send us an email to support@artofthegent.com if your product arrived defective and you need an exchange. If you decide you would rather just return the product and not receive a replacement, that will be considered a return and not an exchange.

FAQ

  • If I place my order today, when will I receive it? - If you place an order right now (this is your cue!), we will pack and ship your order out by the next business day. If an order is placed over the weekend, we will pack the order but the package will not be picked up until the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package will depend on where you live and which shipping option you choose. Refer above to Shipping - Expected Time.
  • Do you ship internationally? -Yes, only to Canada, South Korea, and Norway currently.
  • Do orders come with tracking? -Yes, all orders come with free tracking.
  • Tracking says the item has been delivered, but I didn't get it? - Please allow an extra day or two for the post office to try to re-deliver your package. If you still haven't gotten your package, please contact your local Post Office. In most cases, the package has been found and is awaiting pickup from your local Post Office.
  • Who does your shipping? - USPS (United States Postal Office).
